Dr. Dan Ding is the expert of recruitment program of thousands of oversea talents of China, the expert of “Haiju” Project of Beijing Municipality, and “Haiying” Project of Haidian District. Dr. Dan Ding graduated from Tsinghua University and University of California at Davis, majoring in Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering. Dr. Dan Ding’s research interests are on-chip Photonic Interconnects in Chip-Multiprocessors, and Post-Quantum Cryptology (esp., Lattice-based Cryptography). Dr. Dan Ding has took part in a variety of research projects of 973 and National Science Fund of China and projects of NSF and Dept. of Energy (DoE) of United States of America in ICT, Tsinghua and UCDavis, and published tens of SCI/EI research papers in international academic conference proceedings and magazines.

Since 2012, Dr. Dan Ding has served as CEO of Serica Semiconductor Technology (Beijing) Inc., Ltd., who is, also, the founder of Serica.
